DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!!!!!  ANOTHER RECORD MONTH!! Vendors, you are superb!!! Sales for the month of August 2008 were $21,011.83 (4th highest month since KC opened) which is higher by $4,234.48 than August 2007! You just keep bringing in the great items and we’ll keep selling your stuff!!!

Your booths look great which in turn makes the store look great! All of you are very helpful and friendly to the customers.  All of these things help project the image we want to show to the public.  Please keep up the good work!

STORE BAR-B-Q !!!  The time has come again and we are going to do it again.  A store/family Bar-B-Q for all vendors and their families.  This will be a great time to visit and get to know all of the vendors of Keeper’s Corner. We really need to know how many to prepare for so please sign up and give at least a guess of the number that may be attending.  See the flyer for full details.

Keeper’s Corner Expanding Upstairs??? We are looking at opening up the building’s second floor of an additional 4,000 square feet but we need your help.   Before we even talk to the landlord, we are surveying the vendors to see if there is enough interest.  We have handed out or put in folders information about this area.  Please read this information and let Bonnie or Scott know ASAP if you are interested or not.

Store Display: The next store front display will be done on September 29th and the theme will be Halloween.  Bring in stuff, i.e. pumpkins, ghosts, witches, black cats, scarecrows etc. On or about the end of October we will follow up with a Thanksgiving room.  So bring in fall items, turkey, Pilgrims etc.  We may not use all of the items brought in but it will sell in your booth.

WELCOME!!!  We have several new vendors in the store and of course the musical booths are happening again!  If you see some one new to you, chances are they are new to the store and could use a welcoming smile and hello!!!
Reminders:
• Rent is due on the 1st of the month, payable up to the 10th and late with a $10 late fee after that date
• Lots more merchandise in the no tag/no ID area, please check it out!!!  Correct tags are money in your pocket!!!! Check the till for “no ID/wrong ID” tags
• A thirty day written notice is required when you are vacating your booth at the end of the month.  This applies when you are leaving after your initial six months OR at any other time after your 6 month commitment is over
• Ask the management about the “Finders Fee” bonus!!
• Please do not leave any more bags or boxes of newspaper wrapping, we have enough for now!!!  In fact we have an overabundance!!

Scott’s Thoughts:  Fishing, fishing, fishing!!!  Lots of fishing!!  My  boat has been in the water 39 different times… and where are you?.  I am still looking for fishing companions (men, women, children or any combo of) so if you like to fish, please let Bonnie or I know and we will “hook up” for a fishing trip..
