Sales for the month of September 2008 were $18674.90 (Up over $2,000.00 from September of 2007)~!~! Just a reminder that the holidays are fast approaching and we expect sales to continue to climb!!!

STORE BAR-B-Q!!! Thanks to all of you that attended and brought such wonderful dishes!!! I heard many comments about the great cooks we have as vendors. For those that couldn’t come, you missed a great time! See you all next year!!!
Keeper’s Corner Expanded Upstairs!!! We opened the building’s second floor!!! Spaces are available for those bigger pieces you don’t want taking up space in your booths. See Bonnie, Scott or any of the staff for information!!! (Oh, by the way, we are giving you a bonus, if you rent upstairs for three months, we will give you the fourth month FREE!!)
Store Display: The next store front display will be changed on November 3, to a Thanksgiving room. So bring in fall items, turkey, Pilgrims etc. We may not use all of the items brought in but it will sell in your booth. Many fall items have already been purchased!! THEN on Thanksgiving we will change to a Christmas theme.
WELCOME!!! We have several new vendors in the store and of course the musical booths are happening again! If you see some one new to you, chances are they are new to the store and could use a welcoming smile and hello!!!
Several vendors have asked about the closings for the Holidays. We will be closed for Thanksgiving Day, 2:00Pm on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, 2:00 PM on New Years Eve, and New Years Day.
We will have an “Everything in the store 20% OFF sale” on a Friday night in December. (DATE to be announced) We will close at 5 PM, and then reopen at 6 for a three hour sale. If any of you could volunteer some extra time, it would be appreciated. Last year our sales for the night sale were tremendous!! Well worth the effort!
Reminders:
• Rent is due on the 1st of the month, payable up to the 10th and late with a $10 late fee after that date
• A thirty day written notice is required when you are vacating your booth at the end of the month. This applies when you are leaving after your initial six months OR at any other time after your 6 month commitment is over
• Ask the management about the “Finders Fee” bonus!!
• Please do not leave any more bags or boxes of newspaper wrapping, we have enough for now!!! In fact we have an overabundance!!
• Name tags, Name tags, name tags, more are missing. Please check at home and bring them back!!!!
Scott’s Thoughts: Having too much fun!!!!! (Scott is off enjoying himself in Hawaii with our son Ron and his wife Jodi and now on the USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN with our son Mike.)
