The economy is slow, but Keeper’s Corner is helping people economize!!! We are still having great sales in the store. I appreciate what all of you are doing to keep the store well stocked and looking and feeling good for our customers.
During hard economic times there are two givens: Violence and theft will rise!! PLEASE keep your eyes and ears open when you are in the store for the latter. And also, please refrain from working on your booth when you are doing your store hours.
Store Display: The next store front display will be changed after Valentine’s Day to an early spring/St. Patrick’s Day display. Flowers, spring looking items, signs etc. If you have something special let us know so we can direct the display builders your direction!
Reminders:
• REMEMBER!!! The calendar comes out one month early, PLEASE get signed up as soon as you can. We have had several blank spots where I have had to call some one in to cover. If there are empty spots earlier in the month, I will not OK any extra spots for vendors to work, and those who have not worked will need to pay a non-work fee. If you know you are not going to work in a month, please let me know and pay your fee ASAP so I can get coverage in the store. WE CAN NOT be without coverage in the store!!!
• Anniversary rent credit! 10% off your rent during your anniversary month!
• If you cannot work your time due to weather or illness, please contact us as soon as possible (even at home)! We will try and reschedule with you
• Upstairs space is for LARGER items. Please remember to keep your smaller items downstairs as we do not have the security upstairs that we do down!
• Rent is due on the 1st of the month, payable up to the 10th and late with a $10 late fee after that date
• A thirty day written notice is required when you are vacating your booth at the end of the month. This applies when you are leaving after your initial six months OR at any other time after your 6 month commitment is over
• Ask the management about the “Finders Fee” bonus!!
• Don’t forget about the “finder’s fee” bonus when you sponsor a new vendor for the store. See Bonnie or Scott for more information.
Scott’s Thoughts: What a great way to start the year… over $3,000.00 in sales over January of 2008. It must be because of all of you great vendors. Keep up the great work and get ready for the better weather so we can all start hitting the yard sales; and I am sure there will be plenty of them this year. As always, I want to thank you for all you do.
Last minute thought: The weather will change soon and I will be looking for fishing partners (guys and gals both). See me for details.
Great vendors and great customers… what a winning combination.

Exterior lighting is I on the many super a good idea home safety measures. pick a variety as for lights when undertaking this task. Ground lights probably are nice for lighting driveways as well as pathways. Landscaping lights will take away The shadows burglars love To lurk in, faced with way I more benefit from them. Floodlights at the perimeter as to A New home will Get Rid Of the gigantic shadow parts consumers’re Ones New yard, which in turn keeps burglars far away from Ones house. They can be used into conjunction using motion detectors, which went leave them off until the zone protected by The motion detector is breached. They'll instantly illuminate, spotlighting Anybody to The safety zone.
