Just a reminder about the display… If you have things you think will go with the theme, let us know, and please do not put your items in the display until you check with the management.
A great big Welcome to our SEVEN new vendors.  WE hope you have a great experience in Keeper’s Corner!  If you need anything or have any questions, do not hesitate to ask!
Looking for some more great space? Check with Bonnie or Scott about getting a special rental space upstairs.  We need to fill the upstairs so we are offering some special rental prices.  Watch for more information at the checkout area.
SAVE the DATE: JULY 28, 2009!! Keepers Corner Annual Picnic!!! Keepers Corner will supply the meat, buns, and condiments. You all supply the salads, deserts, chips and your own beverages. Hope to see you all there!! We had a GREAT time last year. This will be held at Crest Park on Hilyard Avenue at 6:00 PM. The store will close at 5:00 Pm that day!

• REMEMBER!!! The calendar comes out one month early, PLEASE get signed up as soon as you can.  WE CAN NOT be without coverage in the store!!! We had to call in people to cover several spots in June.
• Anniversary rent credit! 10% off your rent during your anniversary month!
• If you cannot work your time due to weather or illness, please contact us as soon as possible (even at home)!  We will try and reschedule with you
• Upstairs space is for LARGER items.  Please remember to keep your smaller items downstairs as we do not have the security upstairs that we do down!
• Rent is due on the 1st of the month, payable up to the 10th and late with a $10 late fee after that date
• A thirty day written notice is required when you are vacating your booth at the end of the month.  This applies when you are leaving after your initial six months OR at any other time after your 6 month commitment is over
• Don’t forget about the “finder’s fee” bonus when you sponsor a new vendor for the store.  See Bonnie or Scott for more information.

Scott’s Thoughts: FISH ON!!!.  Summer is definitely here along with warm weather and lots of yards sales. You might be checking the yards sales for items you can clean up and sell here at KC.
I am sending out another monthly invite to anyone that may want to go fishing with me in the boat.  The other day was day 68 for the boat and I would like you to be number??? So let me know because I will work around your schedule.
Thanks for making Keeper’s Corner (your store) such a great one.

Great vendors, great customers and a great store… what a winning combination.
